'Tis the season of cupid

I was on the Valentine's spirit this year and did a lot of crafts and Valentine ideas. I totally blame Pinterest. Above are the marshmallow pops that I made, they turned out pretty good! You can see how to make them HERE. Below is the felt Valentine heart that I made for Coco. I found that idea in a magazine, and he had to get a new squeak toy too!

I decided to do the 14 days of Valentines for Steven. I started on the 1st and everyday I gave him a little treat on his pillow. I found the idea on this blog. She has free printables and the ideas for all the days, you can change it up for what your valentine likes. It was a lot of fun!

The first day I printed out a picture of us and said "On the first day of Valentine's Day my true love gave to me..." and then here are a couple examples of what I did. One day was "You are soda amazing" and "You are one hot tamale" He will be sad not to get treats everyday now. Haha

I love you sith much!! I am a dork. It's okay, I know. This was the last day that he got and his main present.

I tried to do the Sweetheart braid on Alexis' hair, I saw a way cute tutorial on Hairdresser on Fire. (my very favorite hair blog) I need more practice!

Here is the food that made yesterday. I started out by making the kids pink waffles with strawberries and then dinner was "Your Mama Loves You" lasagna. I normally make it with spicy sausage but tried ground turkey instead so it was a little more healthy.

This is not a picture I took, this is off the blog since I forgot to take a picture of the dessert. What I made looks NOTHING like this, but I am sure it was just as good. ha! Nutella Cheescake. Yum.
