What a great little space you've created here. I lived in Tempe for years-I remember those summer days all too well. Regarding fun things to do with your little ones. Did you hear about the summer culture passes? You can obtain a summer pass through the library, and you'll gain free access to the galleries and museums throughout the Phoenix/Metro area. I bet your kids would love to go to the Science Center on a hot afternoon.
Also, I used to do theater at the HALE CENTRE THEATRE in Gilbert. They have fantastic children's theater productions on the weekends. Just a thought!
