Travis opened up for Ben Folds Five once at I show I went to about 9 or 10 years ago. The vocals were turned way down and you couldn't hear any words. I had never heard of Travis before and I had no idea what they sounded like. I didn't like them at the show because of the terrible sound set up (even Ben Folds Five sounded terrible) then like a year later I saw a couple of their videos and I LOVED them right away! I couldn't believe that I missed seeing a good performance. Darn sound system!
