We were able to go to Illinois this week! It was quite a trip with the kids, flying (3 hours) and driving (3 1/2 hours) and all staying in the same hotel room! They actually did really well. Thank goodness for dvd players in the car! What a great invention! :) There was a tornado warning on Wednesday, it was 12 miles away, but it died down before it got to us. We got to see some family and spend lots of time with Grandma Bafford, which she really enjoyed! We got to take her to Wal-mart to get some yarn and we bought her a cheeseburger (of course!) We love the green landscaping of Illinois! It was a nice change from the dirt and rocks in Arizona. We had to take Micah to the instacare as soon as we got off the plane in SLC because he has an ear infection. We hope he feels better soon because we have another week away from home! :)
