What's cookin'?

I call this my Southwestern Bisque! I was inspired by my friend Adrienne (actually a lot of it came from her recipe!) and a little bit that I made up myself. It might not look so good to eat, but it actually tastes really good! Alexis liked it because it looked pink! Here is the recipe if you would like to try it.
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can corn (drained)
3/4 cup (aprox) heavy cream
A few shakes of Basil
A little salt and pepper

Heat in pot on medium high until warm, stir occasionally. Serve and enjoy! It goes well with French Rolls or French Bread for dipping. Total time 15 minutes. Serves 3 1/2 hungry Westys! Easy!

Allison, we tried your recipe the same day you posted it. It's good and very easy to put together. Next time I think I'll add a few onions:)
